The internet here in US is so very fast and the people here are so used to internet that without this they cannot live. But in India I think the speed is not that reliable. That too shopping during festive seasons is a big headache in our towns. In that crowd and scorching heat you will regret for going out for another 3-4 days. More than buying for what you went you will spending on cooling yourself like tender coconut, fruit juice, milk shakes and ice creams.

WHY IS THIS NOT AVAILABLE IN OUR COUNTRY. Dr. Abdul Kalaam sonna madhiri, everything has to be available online. I think now it is much much better than 5-10 years ago.
May be we need to wait for another 4-5years atleast. :-) I would eagerly wait for such a perfect system to work rather than run around in that hot climate hanging in the footboard of a bus or train.

I dont know about the Madras heat. But it has been a pleasure shopping in Bangalore with family or friends checking out different places. One advantage about shopping abroad is everything is availble in one location (the mall) where as here its a little different. I guess each has a charm of its own.
